With great power comes great... Sacrifice?

  • Unpredictable Abomination

    Meaty can only move alone. It cannot join warriors in their actions. Warriors can join it's actions if you sacrifice (remove from board) one of your warriors in it's clearing. Meaty rolls it's own combat die for it's attack or defence and deals up to 3 hits.

  • Sacrifical Nature

    Enemy warriors defeated by your warriors in a battle can become body parts. They can be put in any free slot in Meaty's section.

  1. Hidden Potential: if there are no power stations on the map, place one in a clearing with the lowest number of enemy pieces.
  2. Cost of maintenance: if Meaty is on the map choose one: discard a card matching Meaty's clearing or remove your warrior there. If you can't, remove chosen body part.
  3. Early Preparations: perform each action once. Perform one action again.
    If Meaty is not on the map you can perform two other actions again too:
    • Move
    • Battle
    • Recruit on each clearing with at least 1 power station.
  1. Gather power once per each power station on the map, if Meaty is not on the map: reveal a card matching a clearing with power station to draw 1 action cube from the bag and place it in Meaty's Programming Module.
  2. Take all revealed cards back to your hand.
  3. Spend a card to build a power station in a matching clearing you rule.
  1. Activate Meaty. For each action cube in Meaty's programming module, you may remove it to perform that action in Meaty's clearing (matching the cube's color (suit)). If it was the last cube, remove Meaty from board (but keep the body parts!).
  2. Sacrifice for power  if Meaty is not on the map: if there are no warriors in Meaty's section, you can move one there from the clearing with power station. ZAP!
  3. Repair if Meaty is on the map: discard a card matching Meaty's clearing to rearange body parts.
  4. Awakening if Meaty is not on the map: place Meaty in any clearing with power station. Score equal to filled body parts slots.
  5. Draw 1 card + 1 per revealed. Discard down to 5 card limit.

Body Parts
Warrior in given slot means its power is active.

When Meaty receives hits in battle, remove that many body parts. Whenever you remove a body part, treat it as if it would have been killed in battle.
If there are no body parts left, remove Meaty from the board.

Bonetlers: In battle with Meaty you can reroll 1 die.




Powerbrain: Ambush! cards (and cards that mitigate hits in any way) don't work on Meaty!

Surprise, Meatfudger!: Discard matching Ambush! card while attacking with Meaty to deal extra 2 hits.

Extra layer of meat: Ignore first hit that should be dealt to Meaty (once per battle).


Fleshy legs: Meaty (and warriors moving with it, if any) can move ignoring rule. Treat rivers and forests as paths.

Meaty's programming module


After you draw a cube from the bag either place it in empty action slot below OR discard last revealed card, put the cube back to the bag and take another one. If it's , draw blue cube instead.

Remove 1 enemy warrior from Meaty's clearing. It's a new body part! Roll 1 die. Move that many enemy warriors from Meaty's clearing (ignoring rule). Score 1 per scared warrior.
